The bidder should inspect any motor vehicle before bidding. The vehicle is  “SOLD AS SEEN” and the seller will not consider any complaint whatsoever concerning the vehicle’s mechanical condition, fitness for purpose or roadworthiness. Refund will not be made on items paid for

The seller has the right to end the auction at any time and winning bids will be subject to approval.

The Winner must make payment on or before 48hours (upon notification)

The winner is responsible for evacuating the item from the vicinity where it was sighted upon receipt of the necessary documents.

All Bids are exclusive of VAT. Winning Bidders will pay VAT on the winning Bid value
